Strayside Health is welcoming new patients. If you live in our catchment area, you can register online at any time or collect a paper form from reception. Registering with a GP is free, and you do not need proof of address, ID or an NHS number to register.

We can register you if you live within our practice area in and around Harrogate. Our catchment area covers this map. 

How to register

• Online (quickest): fill in our online registration form at any time of day.
• On paper: collect a registration form from reception at Strayside Health : reception times for collecting/returning paper forms – currently 8am to 6pm;  Monday to Friday.

If you need help filling in the form, or need an interpreter, please ask our care co-ordinator team.

What you will need

• Your previous GP practice details, if you had one.
• Details for any children you are registering at the same time. 

What happens next

Your medical records will then be transferred from your previous practice.

Once registered, you can set up the NHS App to order repeat prescriptions, see test results and contact us online.
