We are in a purpose-built medical centre in the centre of Harrogate, with on-site patient parking, disabled parking, lifts, hearing loops and accessible toilets.

Contact us online

You can send us an eConsult for medical, medication and admin requests, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm (not bank holidays). A clinician reviews requests within 48 hours, and usually on the same day.

To order repeat prescriptions, please use the NHS App, the NHS website or SystmOnline. We cannot take prescription requests over the phone.

When we are closed

• If you need medical help now and it is not an emergency, use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. It is free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over – call 111 for a child under 5.
• For minor illnesses such as coughs, colds, sore throats, earache or urine infections, a local pharmacy can often help without an appointment through the NHS Pharmacy First Service. Many pharmacies are open late and at weekends.
• For minor injuries such as sprains, cuts or minor burns: Harrogate Minor injuries, Lancaster Park Road, Harrogate HG1 7SX (open 9am to 10pm, 7 days a week) or Ripon Urgent Treatment Centre, Ripon Community Hospital, Firby Lane, Ripon, HG4 2PR (open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week).
• In an emergency, when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk, call 999 or go to A&E. Harrogate District Hospital, Lancaster Park Road, Harrogate HG1 7SX
• Mental health crisis: call 111 and choose the mental health option, or call 999 if a life is at risk.
